1. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at browncustomerpoint@gamil.com
within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with the following details:
*Order ID
*Clear images or videos showing the issue or damage
*A clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening, showing all sides of the sealed package and the product during unboxing.
*The video must be one continuous, unedited video
*Paused, cut, or edited videos may not be accepted
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share further return instructions.
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
* The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
* The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
* The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
* Products damaged due to customer misuse
* Products returned without original packaging
* Items marked as non-returnable on the product page (if applicable)
4. Refunds
If a return is approved:
* Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected
* Refunds will be made to the original payment method
* Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval
* Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit, as COD payments are collected in cash by courier partners.

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
