Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
In rare cases, processing may take longer due to product availability, verification, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within India is 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or operational delays.
We do not guarantee delivery dates, but we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be displayed on the website or product page.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (if available).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Brown Urban is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including natural events, courier issues, or regional restrictions.
Brown Urban will not be liable for delays caused by such external factors.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery orders include an additional ₹20 handling charge.
This charge is applied to cover courier and processing costs associated with COD shipments.
The COD handling charge is non-refundable, even if the order is returned or cancelled after dispatch.
